4. Abuse Enforcement & Refund Policy (Politică de Retur)

Violation Consequences: For any violation of the terms outlined in Section 3, we reserve the right to immediately delete/disable any offending links and permanently terminate the user's account without prior notice.
No Refunds: In the event of account termination due to a violation of these terms, any active paid subscriptions or premium balances are entirely non-refundable. You forfeit the right to a refund (fără dreptul la rambursare).
5. Link Safety, Verification, and Reporting Tools
To protect end-users from potentially dangerous redirects, CuttGoo provides tools to check and audit URLs before interacting with them:
Check Link: Users can verify the true destination of a CuttGoo link using the Check Link tool found in the footer of our website.
Report Tool: If you discover a shortened link that violates our terms, please use the Report tool located in the footer of our website to submit it for immediate administrative review and removal.
6. Third-Party Links, Advertisements, and Other Users
Third-Party Content: CuttGoo contains shortened links generated by users that route to third-party websites, and may display advertisements. These destination sites and ads are not under our control. We provide access to these links only as a convenience and do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, or make any warranties regarding third-party content. You use all third-party links and advertisements at your own risk.
User Content Responsibility: Each site user is solely responsible for any and all of their own shortened links and User Content. Because we do not pre-screen or control User Content, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of clicking or interacting with user-generated links. If a dispute arises between you and any other user of the site, we are under no obligation to become involved.
